INISIASI MENYUSU DINI (IMD) MENINGKATKAN SUHU TUBUH BAYI SECTIO CAESAREA DI RSUP DR. KARIADI SEMARANG

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Salah satu adaptasi pada bayi baru lahir adalah adaptasi terhadap pengaturan suhu tubuhnya, pada bayi yang dilahirkan secara sectio caesarea (SC) berisiko lebih besar mengalami hipotermi karena suhu ruang operasi yang dingin, salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan suhu tubuh bayi dan mencegah terjadinya hipotermi adalah melakukan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD). Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inisiasi Menyusu Dini terhadap perubahan suhu tubuh bayi sectio caesarea. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian quasi eksperiment dengan desain non equivalent control grup,. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 bayi SC, membandingkan 20 bayi SC kelompok intervensi (yang dilakukan IMD) dengan 20 bayi SC kelompok kontrol bayi yang berada di infant warmer (penghangat). Analisa data menggunakan uji Independent T-test. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 20 bayi SC yang dilakukan IMD suhu tubuh bayi rata-rata meningkat sebesar 0,65°C dan 20 bayi SC yang ditempatkan di infant warmer suhu tubuh bayi rata-rata meningkat sebesar 0,79°C. Simpulan : tidak ada perbedaan perubahan suhu tubuh antara bayi yang dilakukan inisiasi menyusu dini dengan bayi yang ditempatkan di infant warmer, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) mempunyai pengaruh yang sama dengan infant warmer pada suhu tubuh bayi SC di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUP Dr.Kariadi Semarang dengan p value sebesar 0,066 (a<0,05).Kata kunci : Insiasi menyusu dini, suhu tubuh bayi SC.EARLY BREASTFEEDING INITIATION TOWARD BODY TEMPERATURE CHANGE OF SECTION CAESAREA INFANT IN RSUP DR. KARIADI SEMARANGABSTRACTBackground :One of the adaptations carried by infant right after the delivery process is the adaptation toward the body temperature. And the infant from caesarean section have the higher risk of hypothermia since the operation room is commonly settled in low temperature. One of the solutions to improve infants’ body temperature and prevent hypothermia is by early breastfeeding initiation. Research target: conducted to find out the influence of early breastfeeding initiation toward body temperature change in Caesarea section infant.  Research method: Research kind quasi experimental method with non-equivalent control group design which compared 20 C-section infants from experimental group with 20 C-section infants from control group in the infant warmer machine. Data analysis used Independent T-test.  Result of research:.The results of the study showed that as many as 20 babies of SC who performed IMD the average baby's body temperature increased until 0.65° C and 20 infants SC placed in infant warmer the average baby's body temperature increased until  0.79°C .Conclude:There was no difference on body temperature changing between infant with early initiation of breastfeeding toward infant which was placed in the infant warmer. So, it got concluded that early initiation of breastfeeding has the same influence with infant warmer toward body temperature of sectio caesarea infant in installation of central surgery RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang with P value is 0,067 (a<0,05).
