HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN EMOSIONAL KELUARGA DENGAN LAMA PERSALINAN KALA I FASE AKTIF

Abstract

ABSTRAK Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persalinan diantaranya passage, passanger, power, psikis ibu. Salah satu yang dapat mempengaruhi psikis ibu adalah dukungan emosional dari suami atau keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan hanya 50% ibu bersalin yang mendapat dukungan emosional keluarga secara maksimal. Sebagian persalinannya adalah normal tetapi masih ada persalinan yang tidak normal karena kurangnya dukungan emosional keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan  emosional  keluarga dengan lama persalinan kala I di Bps. Dwi Susilawati, Amd.keb desa Sukorejo, Wonosari, Klaten. Desain penelitian ini survei analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Analisa data ini menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 1) mayoritas keluarga  memberi dukungan emosional pada ibu bersalin sebanyak 26 (81,3%) responden, 2) Lamanya persalinan kala 1 pada ibu bersalin sebagian besar secara normal sebanyak 27 (84,4%) responden, 3) Ada hubungan dukungan emosional keluarga dengan lamanya persalinan kala 1 di Bps. Dwi Susilawati, Amd.keb Desa Sukorejo, Wonosari, Klaten, terbukti dengan nilai c2 hitung (14,593) lebih besar dari c2tabel (3,84) atau p value 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulannya ibu yang diberi dukungan emosional oleh keluarga lama persalinannya lebih pendek daripada lama persalinan pada  ibu yang kurang mendapat dukungan emosional oleh keluarga. The research results. 1) emotional support on maternal family with a long stage of labor I gave a majority of the family for emotional support as many as 26 (81.3%) of respondents, 2) duration of first stage of labor on maternal largely normal by 27 (84.4%) of respondents , 3) There is a relationship with the family for emotional support first stage of labor duration in Bps. Dwi Susilawati, Amd.keb Sukorejo Village, Wonosari, Klaten, as evidenced by the value c 2 count (14.593) is greater than c 2tabel (3.84) or p value 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion. mothers fed the family for emotional support when labor is shorter than the time of birth mothers who received less emotional support for families.
