HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SUAMI DENGAN PEMILIHAN ALAT KONTRASEPSI

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keluarga Berencana mempunyai peran penting dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga khususnya ibu, bayi, anak. Belum semua PUS menggunakan metode kontrasepsi.Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh usia, jumlah anak, pendidikan dan dukungan suami. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan pemilihan  alat kontrasepsi di Desa Tegaldowo Gemolong Sragen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh suami dari akseptor KB di Desa Tegaldowo Kecamatan Gemolong Kabupaten Sragen pada bulan November 2011 sejumlah 190 orang dan sample penelitian adalah 127 orang. Teknik Sampling pada penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan dukungan suami dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi adalah akseptor yang memperoleh dukungan suami (78%) dalam memilih metode kontrasepsi. Sebagian besar responden memilih metode kontrasepsi hormonal (77.2%). Hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan SPSS 12.0 diperoleh nilai Pearson Chi Square sebesar 0.945 dan nilai signifikan (p) sebesar 0.815.  Nilai p lebih besar dari level of significant 5% (0.815> 0,05) berarti Ho diterima.Tidak terdapat hubungan antara dukungan suami dan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi. The method used is the analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study are all husbands of acceptors in the village Tegaldowo Gemolong District of Sragen in November 2011 a total of 190 people and the research sample was 127 people. Sampling technique in this study with purposive sampling. The statistical test used is Chi Square test. Results of research on the relationship of husband support the contraceptive choice is the acceptor acquire husband support (78%) in choosing a contraceptive method.
